Easy Fall Ingredients

We're onto Fall y'all. Be good to yourself!

Here are some easy hacks to get that fall goodness to you without the stress.

Pumpkin Spice

Put it on everything.

I carry Pumpkin Spice with me everywhere I go!

Sprinkle that stuff in your coffee. Put it on cream cheese on your bagle in the AM. Put it in tea, iced or hot. I just saved you $20 at starbucks.

Cranberries

We're making a simple fall shopping list to maximize fallness and minimize stress. Step one buy cranberries. They scream fall in New England.

Cranberries

Use cranberries as an easy garnish, or cook them down with a sweetener to make a great side dish. I put some in a blender with water, ice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup (or honey) for a seasonal take on Beyonce's Lemonade Cleanse.

Apple Tea

Put an autumnal twist on your beverages. Think Apples in your Tea. Seriously cut an apple and throw it in your tea, its amazing. Its like grown up apple juice and it hits the spot. The snack is built in. Add pumpkin spice lolz.

Cranberry Juice

Pure cranberry juice is packed full of flavor without all of the calories. Go easy with it and add it to seltzer or gingerale and pop in some cranberries for garnish. Elite.

Cider

Apple cider has so much fall flavor. Put it in your coffee. Bake your root vegetables in it. Drizzle it on popcorn. Hard cider always goes well with a crisp fall day and use the bubbly Martinelli's apple juice as a family friendly dinner bevvy. Old School.

Maple Syrup

Get the good stuff. Treat yourself. Oh and cranberry maple syrup is a thing. How good would that morning be. link here: Cranberry Maple Syrup Recipe

Apples

Cook up an apple with some butter, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice) and thank me later. You can use pears too.

Go Outside

We are in the zone of not too hot and not too cold. Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it

Pick an Apple

Or at least enjoy the foliage!

Enjoy your fall y'all
